There are many things that will need to be tested. Since the you did not tell me more specific information of what you tested, you need the hands on help of someone with some Volvo experence. How long since last tune? Are there any vacuum leaks, dirty injectors, low fuel pressure, low compression, poor grade of fuel, dirty throttle housing.
