Stick with the year of your vehicle, since the newer cars are front wheel drive and have a different offset. Also the front suspension changed a little bit when the car was called 940. Some of the 940 wheels will fit make sure that there is clearance especially on the front between the back of the wheel and strut. The offset was slightly different in the later years as the car was called a 940/960.
