Volvo: 240 Stalls only in first 10 minutes cold running, vacuum leak, throttle plate

Question
My 240 stalls and won't restart, but only within the first 10 minutes of a cold start, irrespective of weather.  The stalling may be related to the use of the brake.  It restarts after 5-10 minutes delay.  Thereafter runs perfectly.

I replaced the leads and fiddled with the cold start injector, no improvement.
any help much appreciated.

Answer
Charles,
Clean and sdjust the throttle plate, get out all the built up carbon. Make sure the TPS clicks as it comes off idle.
Clean plate closed, idle screw touches plate contact and one turn to open the plate. Make sure the TPS clicks adjust as needed. I do not understand what the brakes have to do with this stalling. The only thing I can think of is if there is a vacuum leak caused by the booster.
