Saab Repair: Saab 2006 9-3 key problem, steering wheel lock, saab dealer

Question
So, i bought a used 2006 9-3 with only 46k on it. I drove it for a week, but one day when i try to open my car doors with the keyless remote, the remote would not open the doors. So i had to open it manually, then i put the key in the ignition and try and turn it but then it won't turn, and also they steering wheel lock did not "click" so i took the key out of the ignition and tried it again, then a message appears on the Imformation COnsole saying "Steering Wheel lock malfunction" followed by "key not recognized" so i tried the ignition once more, and the car started fine. I went home, and then the next day, i try and start and the ignition wouldn't turn, and also the same messages appear. So i called my dealer and he got it towed to the Saab dealer. He told me the steering column was the problem, and also the keys had to be reprogrammed and fixed. So they steering column is replaced and also new keys were bought. But then he tells me the ignition module is the problem now. So he goes and buys the part, but NOW hes telling me the Saab Dealers cannot fix the problem anymore. It is unfixable. Now i find it ridiculous that the Saab dealers could not fix their own car... PLz help me, i will provide mroe imformation on request.
thanks in advance
James

Answer
By ignition module, I assume you mean ignition switch module. I don't see why they can't do it. Are you at a real Saab dealer? Or a hummer dealer that sells Saabs? Can you take it to another dealer close by? The ignition switch module is not that tough of a job so I don't understand why they can;t do it.
