Volvo: ABS 314 and 324 error, sensor signals, scanner software

QUESTION: Hi, i have a S70, 1997, which has both ABS errors, 314 and 324. As i saw in your page, this is a problem with ABS module and not with sensors, allways ? And in this case is it possible repair ABS module?

So far all cars that I have had with those codes, the control unit fixed it. Now there is always the possibility that the sensor(s) is/are dfective, however the control units go out often. What I do is put the scan tool on in monitor, drive the car and watch the sensor signals and most times you can see them for all four wheels. That tells me that the sensor(s) is/are working and sending it's signal. I always clear the codes and drive it prior to replacing the module. The sensors and wires have proven to be sound and secure.

now, only another question related to ABS. I may say that i'm an experts in electronics. I made my own scanner (software and herdware) and i'm attemped to reppair it. Can you tell me what is the problem in the board? Is it broken, bad contacts, any component, or is it simply impossible to reppair?

All I know about the fault is that the control unit is the fix and replacement is what I do. I have heard that the faults are cracks or weak solder joints. Because I offer a warranty I buy new control units and the manufacture stands behind their part and I the labor.
