QuestionAlright so I don't think my question was understood.
Here are the facts I know for CERTAIN.
- I can use gears 1, 2, 3, Not 4 because the arrow indicating the overdrive button in always on
-The fuse and the button have been repalced with brand new parts and i know for a fact are working
- It was very cold in so cal the past week and when I was driving it in the morning the overdrive was off and the temperature was below freezing
My questions are as follows
1. Something is keeping my car in third gear, is there anyway to remove the overdrive from my car so that it shifts normmaly?
2. How do I check to see if my relay is bad or not?

Over drive can not be removed, so just drive the car in third gear. IPD USA have a replacement for the over drive solenoid to all OD at all times.(www.ipdusa.com).
Test for power leaving the relay at the transmission over drive solenoid, under the car. Also do you hear the relay clicking?
