Volvo: 960 rough idle/miss, rough run, intake cam

Question
Hello
I recently replaced a burnt exhaust valve, #6 cylinder, and now I have a slight rough run/miss. I have fault codes # 115 and 113 which I believe are both injector faults?
The engine was disassembled for several months. I marked the cams and cam pulleys and reinstalled to their previous orientation, hopefully the cam timing was correct before. I have good compression and new plugs. When checking the old plugs, I noticed excess fuel on the #3 and #6 plug. I swapped coils, they all seem to have good spark, and cleared fault codes. My experience with bad injectors is that they usually don't supply enough fuel or the spray pattern is not correct? Does it sound like bad injectors?
One other item, there was a single wire connector, on the wiring harness for the coils, that I couldn't find a mating connector. It was on the bracket at the rear of the intake cam between 2 bosch type connectors, one 2 wire and one 3 wire.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. FYI - I was a BMW mechanic for several years, but I'm a Volvo virgin.

Best regards,
Topper

Answer
Hello! There may be a short or a bad ground at the power stages.(ignition modules.) There are 2 of them attached to the intake manifold. Make sure they are working properly and check all connections around the are. Especially the ground connections.
