Volvo: Electic passenger seat, seat rails, wont move

Our front passenger seat moves up and down and reclines but the seat wont move front or back. You can tell it trys but seems stuck maybe? Is it a nickel I see down by the track between seat and center . I cant seem to reach down with my hand and rule that out. Should i take seat off and clean track and re-check.

The seat rails do need to be clear of all debris, so yes clean out the rails and see what that does. What I mostly find is that the forward and aft cable to the rail either right or left becomes to short in it's casing and will not drive the gears.
