Volvo: 2000 Volvo S-70 Trouble Code, throttle position sensor, volvo s 70

Question
My 200 S-70 non turbo vovlo 2.4L slows to about 35mph.
Had it checked and  P1620 code came up. The guy told me it was a TPS( throttle position sensor). Ordered one ant it looks  like nothing on my car.
Any help or suggestion will be helpful. There is no Vovlo dealer in my city.

That code is in fact for the "Electronic throttle housing".
Without a dealer in you area it might be tough. This part will need to installed and programed to the vehicle. Look for a shop that has the ability to replace and download the reprograming.
