Volvo: srs light on but no codes, crash sensor, key less entry

I really appreciate your help. Found most of the answers on this site but 2.
1. I have a 1993 Volvo 850 no turbo my ? is my srs light has been on since i've owned the car, I cleared the oil check engine light thanks to you but I can not clear the srs light it is driving me nuts. Like I said there are no codes in A-socket 2 test. Any HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

2. i ALSO LOST MY REMOTE AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE AT AUTO ZONE IS IT POSSIABLE TO PROGRAM THE NEW REMOTE TO THE STOCK KEY-LESS ENTRY? ONCE AGAIN I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.

Hello Paul! The SRS system probelm could be a bad crash sensor. I have seen where it will not allow you to read codes. It can also be a bad instrument panel circuit board. It is best to have a qualified Volvo technician check it out for you. SRS faults should be taken care of ASAP. You will need to buy a volvo remote control. An aftermarket one will not work.
