Volvo: surging at idle, vacuum leaks, money pit

I have an '83 760 GLE (V6 B28F) which surges when idling.  I've installed new plugs and wires, cap and rotor.  What should I look for?

Hello Trevor! That year and model with the B28 engine has had many problems. There are many things that can cause that problem to happen. Start with the basics. Vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, etc. My best advice to you is to get rid of the car before it turns into a money pit!
