Damage to Vehicle A:
starting from right rear passenger quarter panel( small 2 in dent, then larger dent pattern like this ( -< ) 6 inch dent size damaged along passenger side door , a long line scrape off and on towards the front and almost reaching the front right passenger fender.
Vehicle B only has driver's side corner bumper damage(bemper stll in place).. light scratches on headlamp area....
Two version of speed
Version 1: A travels at 65mph, B travels @ 30mph
Version 2: A travels at 60 mph , B travels @ 70MPH
FYI Cop Chose version 1...I disagree...
Answerthere is no way to determine the actual speeds in a side swipe collision such as this one. there is definitely one vehicle traveling faster then the other as they went bye each other but I would have to look at the photos of the damage to determine which vehicle was going faster then the other. this only would give a speed differential and not determine which vehicle drifted into the others lane.
