Do you feel that a person Who knows to drive car well will also able to drive Heavy vehicles without taking any formal training?.

Hi,

Absolutely not.  Heavy vehicles require specialized training to operate safely and correctly.  Most people have enough trouble keeping themselves alive in a regular car.  Most countries regulate the operation of heavy vehicles and require additional licensing.
