4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Nerf Bars

What would be the best installation for Nerf Bars, to the rocker panel or frame style and can you recommend a good quality.

Usually the nerf bars that fasten to the frame are heavier duty, and can take more abuse, especially if you do much 4-wheeling, and tend to bottom out.
As far as brands go, I would check out places like 4-wheel drive hardware, Summit, along with any of the major retailers.  
I do not like to recommend specific brands, as that is usually a personal preference, and there are several good brands out there, as long as you stick with one of the major ones.
When you do look at the ads, you should look at the guarantee, thickness of the material, and the material composition, etc.
