4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Cant remove ignition Key, headlight switch, steering wheel

Question
I can't remove the key from the ignition.  It will not rotate back to unlock and turn the Envoy completely off.  The engine turns off but the battery is still on (radio still plays after the door is opened).

More than likely something is broken in the headlight switch causing it not to turn all the way back. This may need to be taken to a dealer or another shop as the ignition switch will have to be removed for repair. You also have a drivers airbag wich can be very dangerous if you don't do this right so I wouldn't want to tell you to pull the steering wheel at home and risk injuring yourself because of this. Try to take it to a shop and see if they can put a new switch in it
