MY 1990 4RUNNER SR5 3VZ 6CIL
THE PROBLEM IS SOMETIMES NOT EVERY TIME,THE MOTOR CRANKS
NO START,NORMAL COOL OR HOT. CHANGE THE COIL,IGNITER,EFI MAIN RELAY,CHECK THE ECU(OK) NEED HELP PLEASE

Robert,

First, get a repair manual at your local auto parts store (around $20).    These are great as they give you a whole list of trouble shooting ideas.

If you have spark, then it's a good chance that you are not getting fuel.  This could be anything from a bad fuel pump to a plugged fuel filter.

Either way, you need to trace out the problem which will be much easier with the manual.  You may need to purchase a multimeter to check out the wiring and loads on some of the sensors.

There are several sensors that can cause this problem, such as the crank position sensor, throttle position sensor, etc.
