4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: lft kits, center of gravity, suspension lift

i have bought a 79 bronco. it came with a 3" body lift on it. my question is if i'm wanting to keep it on road mainly, which is better a body or suspension?

There is no substitute for a suspension lift.  With a body lift, you are raising the center of gravity above the intended height for the suspension.  With a suspension lift the higher center of gravity is taken into consideration, which makes the suspension lift more stable than a body lift.
