4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: supid license plate question, dodge dealerships, drilling holes

Question
i own a 2000 dodge durango.  i am in the military, transfered to washington state from my home of indiana.  indiana does not require a front license plate, but washington does.  is there any way to mount a front license plate on my truck without drilling holes?  i called the dodge dealerships out here, and they do not have a product for sale, nor have i been able to find a drill-less mount at an auto supply store.  i have however seen some vehicles with some sort of wrap-around front license plate mount.  do you know where i could find one?

Answer
I am not sure, I am sure that someone somewhere makes a front license plate that wraps around or is elastic or something.  I didnt realize you had to reregister your vehicle when you were in the service.  Best of luck and thanks for protecting our country.  Bud
