I've recently backed my 1995 jeep into a tree, the left rear break light is cracked and the back bumper. How much will it cost for repairs?

This depends on where you order the parts from.  I would suggest that you purchase a 4x4 magazine or two, and contact the companies selling parts for your Jeep.  There may, even be a Jeep wrecking yard in your area, where you can purchase used parts.  They should be much cheaper than the Jeep dealer.  I'm sure that you can find someone to install the parts, as they are quite easy to replace, using basic tools.
