Jeep: Radiator fan relay, radiator fan, fan module

Question
My car is overheating when idling, they told me in the dealer it was the radiator fan relay, I have the manual but the graphic is too complicated, i need to now how to change it or an actual picture of where it is located; now the heater doesn't work I guess it is related to this problem.

Answer
Which Jeep is it? If it's a 99 or 2000 Grand Cherokee, with the fan relay behind the right side bumper assembly, then the whole front clip has to come off. It's actually not as bad as it seems, and pretty intuitive. However, if the warranty is up, and you don't mind creating holes (below the bumper -- not visible), it's *possible*, with a hole saw bit, to create an easy-access passage in order to replace the fan module.

If it's any other Jeep, it'll be different...
