Suzuki: About the steering wheel of my car, maruti suzuki swift, maruti suzuki swift diesel

Question
I own a maruti suzuki Swift (diesel, VDi model). I bought it 5 months back.
Since almost 2months, I experience that the steering wheel of my car is not at the ease. Initially it was very sensitive but now a days I find it a bit laborious to handle it.
I had shown my car in the workshop. They had a drive & concluded that everything is okay. they also performed a steering wheel test (about rotation & the force) but in tests also they said that everything is normal with the steering. But I am facing a problem with this.

Kindly help me.

Answer
Here are some things that can have an effect upon driving and how the steering feels -
Tire inflation pressures too low
Tire tread wear can cause steering effort to be higher
Tire and wheel alignment can cause this
So much of how a vehicle drives is a subjective perceived issue.
I suggest finding a couple of people who own similar vehicles and having you exchange driving each others vehicles for a short while. If theirs steers differently for you and they find that yours seems to have a problem, this might help in the process of isolating the problem and stating the problem in words that will help the mechanic isolate the issue.  The technical language of vehicle repair and common everyday language are each far different, and this can all of itself can be a cause for effective communication to fail.  Also, each individual workshop mechanic will have a slightly different set of standards of what is "good" and "bad".
