Suzuki: replace front axle seal, tracker 2000, retaining ring

i have a tracker 2000 2.0 4x4 i have removed every thing but the axle tried to pop axle out but seems to be stuck seal is very bad and i can pull axle out the width of what used to be the seal it is now just a emtty ring thank you

If I remember correctly there's a spring clip retaining ring that holds the inside part of the axle into the differential.  It will come free with a sharp pull (sometimes a slap hammer is necessary)
HOWEVER you should make certain to consult a shop manual first!  My memory of that is ten years old - I wouldn't try it without making certain with a shop manual.
