Suzuki: 1990 Geo tracker Ignition, fuse box, signal relay

Question
I have a 1990 Geo tracker. When I turn the ignition there is a clicking sound under the dash around where the ECU is but nothing else happens. Recently i realized that when i push on the clutch and the clutch switch is engaged it kills all power to the ignition(checked with test light on ignition leads). Starter is good. Could this be a relay that has gone bad? If so which one? Is the turn signal relay also part of the ignition because in the accessory position the turn signal relay also makes an awful noise but the turn signals will not function.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
I believe, from your description, that you have a bad connection, and power loss when you ask the circuit to carry power.
You need to check circuits from the battery WHILE you are asking the circuit to function by turning the key.  User a test light or voltmeter to verify normal battery voltage.  check at each connector from the battery to the fuse box and out to the various units.
Do not fail to consider that the ground circuit could just as easily be the cause of your problems.
