Suzuki: Reset transmission computer, last ditch effort, engine computer

1992 sidekick jx automatic4speed w/over drive, 16 valve engine,I reset ses, then pulled codes on engine computer got 24 and 53, has 4 prong, not 6, took neg battery terminal off to clear codes got 12 after that, when I started vehicle o/d lights came on and went off didn't before I cleared codes.  Now am getting getting a flashing o/d off twinkle bulb, starts when in park and does not go off, can I reset the transmission computer and how?  Has one called with vin# to check and get price, 739.00.  Any suggestions, car is slipping, was before but worse now, am getting ready to change trans fluids as last ditch effort to help transmission.  Please advise.  Thank you.  Victoria

All my experience is with standard trans Suzukis, and earlier ones at that.  Sorry, I've never dealt with that system, and I don't have any books that cover that.  Got to http://www.iatn.net and use the shopfinder on the first page to find a shop where you live.  they may not be cheap, but they will be competent.
