Hi Jeff, I have been offered to buy a 2005 Toyota Corrola S; however, this vehicle has a salvaged certificate. Does $10,500 seem a lot to you? Or should I keep shopping around for a clean title?

You don't give me much other information on the car, but if we assume average equipment/ mileage/ condition, I'd say that $10,500 is just about double what the car is worth.  Salvage titles make a vehicle very difficult to sell later, not to mention financing.  Look elsewhere- there are plenty of other good cars out there in this price range.
