Tips on Buying Cars: purchasing new car, cooling off period, bill of sale

after purchasing a vehicle, can you return it within a cooling off period, if for some reason you don't want to keep it?

But i will answer it as it reply's most likely
If you signed a bill of sale at a dealership...there is no  cooling off period
If you signed it at your home or a location other than the dealership there is most likely a cooling off period...
