Tips on Buying Cars: Used Car, toyota corolla, buying a used car

Hi!
Steve, I had spoken with you some time ago, about buying a used car, and I decided to take you up on your offer to ask more questions!
:)
I found this 99 Toyota Corolla. It has 200,000 odometer miles. But the guy who owns it now, put in a new engine, and the new engine has about 60,000 miles. The 200,000 miles were built up when driving back and forth between Ohio and California!
The asking price on the car is $4600.

Could you tell me if the offer makes sense? Do you think I should consider it?
Would you buy it?

As Toyotas are VERY good, i would not buy one with 200,000 miles, even with a new engine...Even if considered, $4600.00 is WAY too much, for a little more, you can get a 2 year old Hyundai which newer models are very good....Let me know if any more questions!
