Tires: Tire size, chevy prism, hyundai elantra

We are looking into buying a 2002 Hyundai Elantra with tire size P195/60R15. Our old 2002 Chevy Prism has new tires that we'd like to use on the new car P17/65R14. Can we interchange them like this?

I hope you are aware that 14" tires (the ones from the Prism) do not fit 15" rims (the ones from the Elantra.  So, No, the old tires will not fit on the new rims.

But just in case you are asking about tires AND rims:  No, the bolt patterns are different.
