Tires: sry yeah it does come oe with 15 inch rims, 16 inch rims, 15 inch rims

your right, my mistake, the 02 dodge neon se does come standard with 15 inch rims. so is it possible to use 16 inch rims instead? and if i could what tire size could i or would have to use? or should i just find a 15 inch rim to match the car?

Determining if a set of rims and tires fits on a vehicle is something that requires someone to measure the size of the fenderwell.  Discount Tire and Tire Rack both do that and set up their web site such that their recommendations will fit.

So ask them - which I think you already got one answer.
