Tires: wheels and gas mileage, aluminum wheels, gas mileage

Hello and thanks for taking my question. I have an f-150 and am wondering if I can get better gas mileage if I change from steel to aluminum wheels. Will this help? Thanks again. Steve Z.

Really changing out wheels to get better gas mileage is really hard to say i had people say it has and then some say don't see a diffrence in it.I couldn't really tell you if it did and it do another and i feel like i would be lying to you,They both have there advantage on switching out wheels.It wouldn't hurt if you go with aluminum wheels because they atre lighter and use less weights to keep your ride smooth.hope this helps
