Tires: Tires, 17 rims, oem tires

I currently have the OEM tires on my 2003 altima. I'm interested in purchasing 17" rims. Will I be able to do that without changing the suspension system(i.e struts)?

Yes you can.

You just have to be careful to select a tire with enough load carrying capacity (one with a load index equal to or greater than what you have now) and wheels with the proper offset.

BTW, there were certain versions of the Altima that were sold in 2003 that had 17" - P215/55R17 at 33 psi front / 30 psi rear.

And the wheels?  Being a tire guy, I don't know much about wheels, but there are plenty of places on the internet that will help.
