Tires: wheel frozen to hub, pb blaster, chrome wheel

One of the rear wheels on my 97 Dodge B2500 van is frozen to the hub.  It is a chrome wheel so I am reluctant to get too violent with it. Any suggestions?

First try some PB Blaster - the best rust busting stuff I've ever found.  Spary it liberally around the ub and through the bolt holes, but be careful not to get any on the brakes.  I'd allow several days and several applications.

If that doesn't work try loosening the lug nuts a half a turn and drive slowly and carefully down the driveway.

One of these should work.
