Motorcycle Safety & Driveability: front tire, vulcan, shaft

I just got a new front tire for my 1998 1500 vulcan motorcycle. the tire is wearing faster on the left side just like the old tire did.how do i fix the problem.

Just an idea as it's not really my area but have you checked the wheel for true? If the wheel was slightly 'dished' it would wear very quickly on one side. A dealer would be able to advise you but you might be able to see wether or not the shaft is perfectly central in the wheel.
