Used Cars: Selling a used car, buyer sign, ford ranger

I live in Indiana. My husband passed away. My neighbor wants to buy my husband's 1995 Ford Ranger. The title is in my name (transferred). What are the procedures for selling to my neighbor? We agreed on a price. I don't know much about this truck, but I do know to sell 'as is'. Do I have to go with neighbor to the license branch or just fill out the back and take the cash. Where do I put "as is" on the title? Thank You.

Simply get the cash - sign the back - remove the plates.

Make a bill of sale.

Date.....
