Used Cars: Bought a Used Car, buyers remorse, 5k miles

Question
I bought a used car from a dealership on 12/28 and I think I screwed myself. I was curious to know if I find interior things wrong with the car, is it my loss? The car is under warranty and less than 5K miles on it. I found the back window is broken, the passenger visor is missing it's cover, and burn holes. Is this my loss for not researching the car further? Please advise if possible

Answer
Hello Karina,
Being you bought a used car there is not really much you can do about it as they probably assumed and will state that you saw the car and it met your approval before you purchased it... Now on the other hand the window should be fixed at their expense. Other problems should brought to their attention and see what they will do. There is normally a 7 day period from when you bought it as buyers remorse where you can return the car to them for a full refund. That timeline has passed but if it is a reputable dealer you should be able to work something out for other problems whether it being some cash back to you or them fixing the interior. If nothing arises and you feel like they are not doing anything to help you call the BBB (better business ) and with them knowing you are calling the BBB maybe their tune will change.

I wish you the best !
