Trucking: laws, interstate commerce commission, trucking association

My husband and I are lease operators and the company that we are leased to are doing some shady things. My question is where would I find the laws governing trucking companies.

The Interstate Commerce Commission, within the Commerce Dept, in Washington, DC.  This federal agency regulates the trucking industry. You can also contact the National Trucking Association, that is also in Washington, DC.  It is the lobbying arm of the trucking industry but is a great resource to get the information you are looking for.  I would google to find both these websites and look over the info.  Good luck to you Pam!
