Trucking: OTR Experience Not Recent, cr england, truck driving school

I have a total of 3 yrs experience driving OTR. However, I have not drove since 2001. Im finding it hard too find a job because my experience is not recent. Is there any companies that you can recomend ???  How can I get back on the road without going back too truck driving school ?

Many companies will put you back in the seat after you have gone out with a trainer for a few weeks.  Every company is different, so sometimes it takes a lot of phone calls.  If you want to go back OTR, start with the big companies like Werner, CR England and US Xpress.  If you run into where they want you back in school, find smaller companies in your area.  I don't have a rock solid answer for you because, like I said before, every comany is different.  You may have to go with a small company, but that isn't a bad option.  What you will have to do is make phone calls.
