Trucking: Need Advice, small claims court, trucking company

I escort oversize loads.  My question is if another escort company that I run loads for does not pay within the 30 days they said they would and the trucking company for who I escorted will not discuss the issue with me what can I do.  I did get the MCC number from the truck.

This is outside my area of expertise, but it seems like a simple question of who did you contract with? The other escort company or the trucking company?  Was there a written contract spelling out payment terms?  You may have to go to small claims court but you will need evidence of the agreement, hopefully written.  Best advisce is don't do anything without a written agreement including price and terms.
