Truck Repair: error code and reseting, vehicle speed sensor, sensor curcuit

have a 1996 kenworth with a m11 cummings, error code 241 flashing on dash, shows also low oil light on, but oil full,motor does not turn over when you turn key, rig has been parked on a little bit of a grade for 2 months, is on flat ground now, need to know what code means and how to reset, thank you...

First things first, If the engine is not cranking then there is an issue with your cranking curcuit (batteries, starter components, ignition switch) more than likeley your batteries are dead, try giving them a charge for a day or so and try it again or jump them with another full set of batteries. code 241 is vehicle speed sensor curcuit which doesn't make sense if it is not running. this code may dissapear once it is running. low oil light refers to oil pressure not level in pan. Once again this should clear up when you get it started, if not make sure your gauge reads oil pressure as soon as you get it started. if the oil light has not gone out once it is running and you are reading pressure on the gauge then there may be a problem with that curcuit.
