Truck Repair: 1987 Dodge Ram D-150 fuel filter, sbcglobal net, vannatta

Hi Van,
As a resident of Australia, who owns an American built pick-up, it's not always that easy to get parts for my much loved truck. I'm reasonable able mechanically, however for the life of me, I'm having real difficulty finding a replacement fuel filter. She's a 318 powered truck with a strange looking fuel filter. According to the service manual I have, its a "vapor separator" type filter, with a side mounted tube that connects to a host back to the tank to recirculate the vapors. If you can point me in the right direction as to where I can purchase one or two of these filters on the internet (a retailer willing to send to me in Australia) I would be in your debt.
