Truck Repair: engine flooding, full trottle, chevrolet pickup

1989 Chevrolet pickup. 350 tbi. when warm engine will run rich, and at times die. When trying to restart the injectors go full pulse and flood the engine, dosen't even look like they are pulsing.  The only way to restart is to pull fuel pump fuse and clear engine, sometimes several times.  Only code is 15 coolant sensor low

sounds like you may have a bad trottle poss sensor  this would tell the computer that you are giving full trottle when your not. thats the only input to the computer for fuel management unless the start up programed into the computer is messed up some how let me know about that tps sensor and thanks for the question.
