Do you have a diagram of the routeing of the serpentine belt on a 1994 chevrolet c1500 with a 350 throttle body engine with a/c?

I do not.
Normally there is a picture of the routing near the radiator.
But you can usually figure it out by keeping the grooved side of the belt in the pulleys with grooves, and the smooth side to the smooth pulleys.

A Motors, or Chilton manual should have several pages of those diagrams. At the library you can make a copy of it.
