QUESTION: cps ok located a short at anti lock wires under wheel well at the clip that holds the wires repaired the wires but still have stalling .car runs great when passenger front is jacked up no stalling no fluctuation when wheel is turned car stalls when i lower the jack

Answer
gotta be a short that is shutting down spark.  Look closely at starter circuit, and wires around distributor. Also check ground strap from battery  Something is moving when the car is up and flexed which then eliminates the  short.
I gotta admit, this is first for me, and I have seen and heard a lot.  I feel certian it is a short, just gotta find it .
I had an old 220 that had worn a slight open area in the wire from the condensor, it was touching the distributor case and shorting the whole thing out.  Took me a week to find it, I looked at it 20 times (lol)
