Where Is the Camshaft Sensor on an '03 CTS?

The camshaft position sensor on the 2003 Cadillac CTS 3.2-liter six-cylinder engine turns on one time for every revolution of the camshaft to tell the computer how the valve train is sitting relative to the position of the crankshaft. The computer uses information retrieved from the cam position sensor to assist in the timing of the fuel injectors. The cam position sensor is found on the front of the engine in the center of the bearing cap just below the intake manifold
