| aFe Releases Stage 2 Intake for 2006-08 Honda Civic - Web Exclusive
Corona, Ca - advanced FLOW engineering (aFe), an industry leader in performance intakes, filters, manifolds and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of their Stage 2 air intake system with for the 2006-08 Honda Civic with L4-1.8L part numbers 54-11432 and 51-11432.
aFe Stage 2 air intake system features a one piece heat shield for maximum air control. This system also includes a performance engineered rotomolded plastic housing for maximum air control and performance. 54-11432 includes the Pro 5R performance air filter, which utilizes 5-layers of progressive cotton media for maximum flow and performance. 51-11432 includes the new Pro Dry S filter, which utilizes 2-layers of progressive synthetic media that requires no recharging oils for maximum convenience.
In recent testing, part number 54-11432 produced 4hp and 5ft. lbs. of torque and 89% more air flow than the factory intake as well as improved MPG.
