Auto Meter Gauges & Pillar Pod Installation - Pillar Of Information

auto Meter Gauges And Pillar Pod Installation finished Gauges   |   auto Meter Gauges And Pillar Pod Installation finished Gauges There aren't many convenient ways to add custom-looking gauges to your interior. Sure, you can break out the fiberglass and incorporate some gauges into your one-off center console, but for the best bang-for-the-buck, pillar pods pack an incredible value. When one of our favorite project trucks needed some specialty gauges installed to keep track of some important engine functions, we knew that Auto Meter's A-pillar pod was a quick fix that would look great, especially after it was paint-matched to the rest of the interior. Once again we headed to Auto Essentials in Thousand Oaks, California, where Richard Chronister and his crew had the information flowing into the cab in no time.
From The Driver Seat
The owner of the truck was impressed with the look of the Auto Meter pillar pod, granted he did have it painted, but even in their raw form they matched the GM trim very well. An added bonus to painting was that the gauges fit snugly. No mounting hardware was necessary for the 2 1/16-inch gauges. Richard Chronister and his crew are sticklers for a clean installation, so every wire was routed safely and tucked out of sight. Your Questions Answered Time Spent Working: Approx. 3 Hours
