QuestionA couple of times recently when going to start the car it wouldn't turn over. I took it out of park and moved it back into park and it started, now the instrument panel lights up everything seems to be working but it won't turn over.

You are experiencing the beginning stages of a VATS failure. I believe you have a little black chip on your key. The wires inside the column are not reading it every time and when they don't, that's what you get.
