Auto Insurance Claims: auto theft claim denied, Idaho plaintiff/defense forensic auto theft expert

Question
QUESTION: my daughters auto was stolen and later recovered arsoned.the  insurance adjuster says their mechanic says her car was burning oil therefore they are denying the claim. When her car was inspected during an oil change a few weeks before it was stolen it came back clean with the only recomendation was to get a new battery in near future. They questioned my daughter under oath but say she has to be lying. The adjuster was reported by my agent and she knew we erer ready to report her to phio insurance board. We feel she took this to a personal level and that our rights are being violated.

ANSWER: Hello,

Filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner is a waste of time. They always seem to side with the insurance decision.
You are now in my world! I am the only court qualified consultant/expert that dare works against the insurance companies. My side's success record speaks volumes.
You may find on the web libelous information about me. Testimony taken out of context, out right lies about me and that gives you two things you can think about me. Either I am what is said about me, or I am that good that there are those who unsuccessfully try to hinder my business so I don't take cases like yours. That will be your choice.

The truth of the matter is that there are many experts in my industry that more or less do fraud investigations and are in fact frauds themselves. Their cut and paste reports will say the insured's stolen vehicle was last operated with a key of the proper type (yours)and in the hundreds of cases over the years I have rarely seen the expert could support the conclusion. Because of my success, there are those (actually one so-called expert) that will supply derogatory information about me, because I expose these goofs for what they are-insurance prostitutes. They are that scared of me exploiting the fact that they have no clue as to what they are talking about.

One of these imagined professionals actually stole my website name I have had for 15 years to put up this derogatory information. The webmaster is "discreet." I know who it is. The firm serves many areas in the country and his firm has never won a case against me. One of this firm's experts is a dog trainer (son in law) and has never worked on a car. Event though his resume boasted 39 hours and a certified automotive locksmith, in court he admitted he never made a key or never saw a key made. As his resume boasted 39 hours of locksmith training, he forgot to mention it was a mail order course! Sworn testimony by this expert revealed as he stated: "I am not a locksmith." He then stated: "I am not a mechanic." In 2008 under sworn testimony when asked: How many of these cases have you done?" His answer: "Over 2,000."

It is that bad!

I am that good and I attempt to get a successful disposition without taking the denial to court and the need for an attorney. Since attorneys have no clue as to how to handle denials, I guide them in order again, to have a successful disposition either in settlement or a jury verdict.

You do not like the fact the insurance company went personal. You have no clue as to what they are capable of and they do get away with it all the time.
For anyone that is going through the insurance investigation process or has been denied on the theft of their vehicle and they had nothing to do with the claim, you need to contact me as quickly as possible!

Most people think the insurance companies are investigating the theft in order to find out who took the car. That is being very naive. The only reason for the investigation is to investigate the insured so they can link them with innuendo, speculation, conjecture masqueraded as fact (that's all they need for a civil trial threshold).

You might get angry, you might feel your rights are violated. You might think there is some bureaucrat at the state that can help you. Unfortunately, no one can help you but me. This may seem arrogant, but it is not. I am the only game in town who has 20 years in insurance claims handling with thefts. I am the only one who has spent 20 years involved in the direct repair of more than 10,000 theft recoveries. Other than a thief that works 24/7 to steal cars, there is no one with more experience that works for and against insurance companies.

It is very common for the insurance company to sub-contract the examination to a locksmith to determine if a car was stolen. Locksmiths make keys and service locks and have no experience in stealing cars. I do! Think of me as a professional auto thief that has never been charged.

As I stated, all you are doing is wasting time waiting on an answer back on your claim. I have NEVER seen such a complaint come back in the insured's favor.

As I stated, call me to discuss your options at 866-490-1673 any time up to 10 pm central time.

As soon as the first recorded telephone statement is taken, the claims person goes on the Internet commonly to the so-called professionals at http://www.forensicauto.net (forgot to tell you, look at where they have the cheesey arrow for experts. There is quite hateful speech about me without mentioning my name) or some other site. They look up your car to see what type of factory anti-theft system is on your car. Once they find out how it is so-equipped, the claim goes to SIU (Special Investigation Unit). They investigate and look for any abnormalties in your income. They check your cell phone records. Then if invited to an EUO (Examination under oath) it's like sending the sheep to the wolves where very good insurance defense attorneys twist your words and make the insured appear to be lying. Sound familiar?

These attorneys are very good, of course so am I. I am very familiar with the process. One of the first questions I will ask you is: Did you give the insurance company permission to even have someone remove the ignition lock?

Please realize as well that insurance defense attorneys monitor this site and others and always try to use my writings against me, and my question to them is: How's that working for you?

Call me.

Depending on the state you are in makes a drastic difference as to how you can proceed.

QUESTION: So where do we proceed from here?Do I hire a lawyer and if so  what type of lawyer do we get? Your case scenarios sound like exactly how everything went down. The euo and everything. The  insurance co. is Hanover citizens. Is this typical of what they do? Why was most of the euo personal questions about my daughter, like what sports her kids play, what teams, how old she was when she had her kids, her schooling ect. Thanks so much for your direction so far.

Answer
Hello,

Before you go to any lawyer, as I said contact me. I think you now know I know what I am talking about.

Many times as a consultant I can guide you as to what we need to do in the case. Sometimes after reviewing everything you have, the vehicle and other documentation, I can write a report submit it to your insurer and they may reconsider their disposition and pay the claim and my fees and you are on your merry way. That way, you don't even need a lawyer and every one is happy.

Worse case, we get a lawyer involved, and my work is done except for review of the claims file, EUO's etc.

It's common to see Hanover in Massachusetts. If your located there, I know a lawyer familiar with these cases that I could refer. I know lawyers in many states that are familiar with these cases.

I commonly serve as a consultant/expert before a lawyer is involved. I am very well known throughout the insurance industry and commonly feared. I have plenty of references.
Many times I don't need to physically be at the vehicle and have someone video tape and photograph under my instruction which saves the client travel expense.

I have qualified as an expert in 14 states, federal court and a court martial. My side boasts a 95% success rate.

I know these claims/cases better than anyone. I have been at EUO's with the client, but we are past that in your case. There are many general practice attorneys out there that would take a case like this and lose. I don't like to lose.

If you think your daughter was cross examined before, well when I am involved I cover everything so there are no surprises later.

See, I am very good with these legal defense teams when they depose me. They want to rip there hair out!!! In fact, I drive my wife nuts because she says I am always interrogating her (LOL)

I am not a lawyer and have no desire to be, but sometimes, done properly, you may not need one and take the three years it takes to go to court.

I have one case that is 7 years old! Chances are, I even know the expert firm that examined your car.
If you and your daughter had nothing to do with the theft and I am capable of determining the fire, you will find my services amazing. I am very detail oriented and if I see something they did or didn't do, I will find it!

One more time. All I can say is give me a call.
