Auto Insurance Claims: Total Loss, total, loss

Question
I was made a 3rd settlement offer that the insurance company stated that they used my comparables which at first the only provided a lump sum. I then asked them for a breakdown and they sent me in writing and confirmed verbally that they had used my comparables. I reviewed the information the numbers were not adding up and there were 5 additional vehicles added that I did not provide. I brought this to their attention and they kept stating that they use my info. after I confronted them to show proof that I provided the 5 additional vehicles they then changed their position and stated that the used the CCC. What options do I have?

Answer
Well you learned the first lesson - adjusters can lie. Now you have to destroy their CCC valuation. Yes you provided comp vehicles and if you can't get them to accept those, then you can use them in small claims court. Get good photos and descriptions. But small claims court is a last resort.
