Auto Insurance Claims: Reply from previous question, previous question, medical bills

My Dr. bills with ambulance total 1027.00. The damage to my car was a total of 5500.00 which did not even include all new parts. Wage loss was 120.00. No One to watch me for 24hrs for complications. Paying for new plates because they put on the old damage plates and never told me about it and all of the stress they have put me through so far. Is there diminished value to get back? Thank You They are only offering 500.00.

The offer sounds low. You need to get your lost wages paid, medical bills paid and then get something additional for what you went through. The vehicle damage and new plates are separate coverages which should have been resolved already under the property damage portion of the claim. The payment comes from a different set of coverage under the policy and has no effect or relation to the injury portion of the claim.
